Separation of Powers – 삼권 분립

• 정부 권력을 **입법부(Legislative), 행정부(Executive), 사법부(Judicial)**로 나누어 권력의 균형을 유지하는 시스템.
• 주로 민주주의 국가에서 사용되며, 각 부문이 서로 견제(checks)하고 균형(balance)을 이루도록 설계됨.
